Utilization of busing is a challenging thing for many companies that provide buses for employees transportation. Specially if the change of working shift is too dynamic. Ideally, the number of buses provided is enough for the whole employees who registered to use bus to commute. For some reasons, some employees use their own vehicle letting the booked seats empty. These are waste. On the other hand, if the buses provided are less than the number of employees, it becomes safety issues.
